Graduated from Le Cordon Bleu London, Saskyra Rosano started off her career in 2 AA Rosettes Acanthus Restaurant Oxford and went back to Indonesia as Sous Chef of a 5* steak house. Then she consulted a few restaurants in menu development, which includes Pancake co by DORÉ. Now she focuses her time in DASA Catering for private dinings, and hosts in TV appearances.
